Therapy can help you get a clearer picture of what’s going on, find hope, learn ways to overcome or manage symptoms, improve your relationships and restore a sense of well-being.
There are many different approaches to therapy. I combine a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, depending on what challenges you are trying to overcome. Different types of therapy work for different people, and part of my job as your therapist is to tailor therapy to work for you. Building on a framework of warmth, empathy and support, our therapeutic relationship will provide a springboard for meaningful and lasting change.
